Terra Hill is the former Flynn Park that was en-bloc in October 2021 at $371 million which exceeded the reserve price of $365 million. The development is a rare freehold hill-side plot that was sold to Hoi Hup Sunway Kent Ridge Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
